- MIG/MAG with pulse
- MIG/MAG with double pulse
- MMA covered with electrode,
- TIG Lift with arc ignition by rubbing.
- FLUX easy polarity change allows welding with self-shielded wire without gas
MICRO MIG 235 DUAL PULSE welder, thanks to the ability to change the welding polarity, allows welding with self-shielded wire without gas.
The device parameters are set using the control panel with displays and control knobs. The above solution enables easy and quick setting and reading of all welding parameters.
MICRO MIG 235 DUAL PULSE allows you to work with wire diameters ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 mm.The built-in two-roll feeder ensures stable feeding of the welding wire. Its low weight and dimensions make it a handy welding device.
Thanks to this, the Micro Mig 235 semi-automatic welding machine makes the work even more dynamic, which translates into the effectiveness of the activities performed.
The device uses general protections such as protection against excessive voltage, excessive current, overheating of the device, etc.
Due to its design, the Micro Mig 235 welder has a wide range of applications, making it ideal for the sheet metal industry, workshops, and also for individual activities.

PROTECTION LEVEL
IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants.IP21 means that the device is suitable for operation in closed rooms.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has an impact onsignificantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
MIG PULSE
An advanced form of welding that uses the best form of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or cause cold leakage.
By cooling the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to expand the welding range, and the smaller heat input does not cause the problem of burning through thin materials.MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.
DOUBLE PULSE MIG
The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. During double-pulse MIG/MAG welding, current pulses occur in two ranges.
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
TIG DC LIFT
In the TIG method, the electric arc is ignited in a shield of inert gas (argon), between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives..
BRAZE WELDING
After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables brazing, used mainly in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.
SPOT WELDING
Temporary welding function, used to tack parts together, which can be used to achieve equal length weld seams.
S2T/S4T
S2T - two-stroke special - after pressing the button, gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will be ignited. The arc voltage at the start will be increased and will drop to the basic welding current within the set time.
When the button is released, the current will drop to the final current value. The arc will then extinguish and the shielding gas will flow out at the set time.
S4T - four-stroke special - after pressing and releasing the button, gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will be ignited. The arc voltage at the start will be increased and will drop to the basic welding current within the set time.
When you press and release the button again, the nextpi, the current decreases to the final current value. The arc will then extinguish and the shielding gas will flow out at the set time.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard connection for welding torches, which allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum or braze welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:
The easy-to-use control panel allows precise and smooth parameter adjustment. The digital display shows the actual current during welding.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency
