What is an intra-Community supply of goods?
An intra-Community supply of goods is a transaction in which goods are transported from one country to another country within the European Union.
How can I find out if I qualify for VAT-free purchases?
To make purchases in our store as a business without VAT, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You must be identified as a VAT taxpayer in the EU at the time of order fulfillment.
- The delivery of the ordered goods must take place in the same country where you are registered as a VAT taxpayer.
How can I check if I am identified as an active VAT taxpayer in the EU?
Simply go to the website of the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation and enter your VAT number and select the member country. The system will provide feedback on whether your VAT number for cross-border transactions is active or not.
How can I make VAT-free purchases?
To make purchases in our store without VAT, enter your VAT number along with the prefix of your country in the order form, e.g. PL6431768329. After saving the data, all prices in our online store will automatically be reduced by the amount of VAT.
What tax obligations do I have to fulfill when the goods arrive to me?
Based on the provisions of Polish law, the VAT tax obligation for intra-Community transactions arises at the time of issuing the invoice, no later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the delivery was made. However, we recommend consulting a tax advisor directly in your country, as the law in this area may vary.
Are additional discounts available for commercial companies?
Yes, to obtain wholesale prices, please send an email to ceo@pematsc.pl with an inquiry about a specific product. The message should include the requested quantity and the address where the goods are to be delivered. In response to your inquiry, you will receive a quote presenting the final net price for the product.
Why are wholesale prices not displayed in the store?
Unfortunately, we are unable to display wholesale prices directly in the online store because the prices depends on many factors such as the:

- weight and size of the products
- country of delivery
