Terms of warranty

All complaints and warranty claims will be processed by our company in a fair and honest manner, in accordance with applicable Polish law and good business practices.

The governing law of the contract is Polish law, and as a consumer, you also have rights and claims against the seller provided by the law of your country.

The online store reserves the right to change these warranty terms at any time, and will inform customers about such changes on its website.


What products are covered by the warranty?

The warranty only covers products purchased from our online store and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.


What is the warranty period?

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase for consumers and 12 months for businesses.


What defects are covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage resulting from normal use of the product.


What defects are not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mechanical damage, damage resulting from improper installation or assembly, damage caused by leaks or corrosion.


What should I do if I detect a defect?

In case of detecting a defect, the customer should immediately contact our customer service department and send a complaint by filling out the complaint form available on our website.


What costs do I have to incur to use the warranty?

If the complaint is deemed justified, all costs of delivering the products to the service center are covered by the online store.


When will I receive information about the complaint consideration?

The online store will inform about the decision whether the complaint has been deemed justified or not within 14 days from receiving the goods by our service center.


When will I receive the product back?

  • In case of a justified complaint, the online store undertakes to repair or exchange the product for a new one and send it to the customer within 30 days from receiving the complained product at our service center.
  • In case of impossibility to repair or exchange the product, the online store will refund the full amount paid for the product within 30 days from receiving the complained product.


What if the warranty is not recognized?

If the complaint is rejected by our service center, you will be informed about the reason for the rejection and the cost of repair.


What costs do I have to bear if the warranty is rejected, for example, due to my fault?

If the complaint is deemed unjustified, you have several options:

  • Paid repair - you will be presented with a cost estimate and the time of repair for the faulty item.
  • No repair - the product will be returned to you, and you do not have to incur the cost of return shipping.
