What if the product does not meet my expectations?

You have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason. To make a return, you need to follow a few steps.

  3. Pack the returned items securely.
  4. Include the printed return form in the package.

Can I return a product if I have used it?

Remember that the returned item should be in an undamaged condition. You have the right to return the product, but also the obligation to keep it in such a way that it is fit for further resale. This means that you can do the same with the product as you would do in a brick-and-mortar store, i.e., the item can be unpacked and checked preliminarily, but it cannot be used. If you used the purchased product in a way that goes beyond normal checking, you will be charged additional costs due to the reduction in the value of the product.

 

How long do I have to wait for a refund?

After receiving and analyzing the return, we will refund you through the same payment method you chose during the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the return shipment.

 

What costs will be refunded to me?

The whole amount you paid, i.e., the cost of the returned product or products and the total cost of delivery, is subject to a refund.

 

What costs will not be refunded to me?

The cost of the return delivery is not subject to a refund.

 

What if the product I received is damaged or not as described?

If the product is damaged or not as described, it will be necessary to provide us with photos or a video recording and a detailed description of the problem. Our specialists will thoroughly analyze the report and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In such a case, we encourage you to contact us by email at support@pematsc.pl.
