The SPOTTER 7500 microprocessor-controlled welding machine has been designed for sheet metal processing:
- In the form of one-sided welding,
- Extraction (by heating elements of various shapes),
- Cutting and heating with a carbon electrode.
- All settings available on the control panel: 10 operating modes, monochrome graphic display, adjustment of current and time values and selection of the thickness of the welded material.

LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

HEATING THE TIPS
Operating mode 01-03-09 and then set the material thickness, time and heating current. Then we put the gun in the selected place and by pressing the trigger we heat the tip.
Using a punch with a hook, we repair the surface. After repair, turn the striker with the hook by approx. 90° to tear off the washer.
ONE-SIDED SHEET WELDING
Operating mode 04 and then set the thickness of the welded material, time and welding current.
Operating mode 07 for crushing irregularities formed after pulling out the sheet metal, place the electrode for crushing irregularities in the gun with a wrench, material thickness and welding current and start welding as above.
Operation mode 05. Sheet metal overlap welding, place the carbon electrode holder and the carbon electrode in the gun with the assembly key, set the material thickness and welding current.
CURVED WIRE HEATING
Working mode 08 and then we set the material thickness, time and current. We put the gun in the hole of the corrugated wire and press the electrode to the wire at an angle of 90 °. By pressing the trigger of the gun, we heat the wire to the surface. Using a comb holder or a punch with a hook, we repair the surface.
BURNING-HEATING-TEMPERING
Operating mode 06 and only set the material thickness and heating current. We move the electrode in a circular motion, heating the surface. After finishing, we cool the surface with a wet material or compressed air.
WORKING WITH A MECHANICAL SUCTION CUP
Pulling off sheet metal can be used with the use of a punch with a mechanical suction cup. To do this, screw the suction cup to the striker. Then we put the suction cup to the sheet and mechanically pull the sheet away. After finishing work, unscrew the suction cup from the striker.

SECURITY
The device is protected by an overheat protection system that turns off the device circuit when a problem is detected. After a few minutes, the device cools down to a temperature that allows it to restart automatically.
TRANSPORT AND MOBILITY
The transport trolley allows you to freely move the spotter to any place.
