WELDMAN MICRO MIG 205 , like other devices in this series, was designed and created on the basis of IGBT inverter technology.
Thanks to this solution, this product has numerous advantages. Most importantly, the Micro Mig 205 semi-automatic welding machine has received a number of security features, such as:
- Protection against excessive current concentration,
- Over voltage protection,
- Protection against overheating of the device.
The Micro Mig 205 semi-automatic welding machine enables welding with the following methods: MMA and MIG / MAG. The wire feeder it has offers the possibility of installing a spool up to 5 kg. Near the wire feeder there are sockets for changing the polarity of the handles. They must be replaced before welding without shielding gas (FLUX).
The Micro Mig 205 welder is equipped with an intuitive, easy-to-use control panel with a display and control switches. In addition, this device also has a Euro connector and a detachable ground cable and can be operated in 2-step / 4-step mode.

LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.
MMA
A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
MIG / MAG
Gas-shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for the production of welded structures.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
2 ROLL WIRE FEED
Professional feeder, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers. It is designed for heavy-duty work.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
