MAGIC MIG 250 SEMI-AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE

A device made in IGBT inverter technology. It is used for welding with the following methods:

• MIG-MAG with gas shielded welding wire,
• FLUX welding wire without shielding gas,
• MMA with a direct current (DC) electrode

Thanks to these possibilities, the Magic Mig 250 device is able to simplify many tasks.

Designed for welding with welding wires with a diameter of 0.6-1.0 mm, self-shielding wires 0.9 mm and covered electrodes with a diameter of up to 4 mm of low-carbon, low-alloy (MAG), alloyed (MIG) steel, aluminum and iron castings.

The MAGIC MIG 250 model is powered by a cable with a 400V plug and additionally has a 400V to 230V power adapter. Max spool 15 kg D300.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination entering the device. IP21S means that the device is suitable for operation in confined spaces and is not suitable for use in rain and snow.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The power source is equipped with a thermal automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the welding machine is too high, the protection disconnects the welding current and the diode indicating overheating lights up. After the temperature has dropped, the switch will reset automatically.

MMA

A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

Gas-shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for the production of welded structures.

REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.

EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:

The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display shows the actual current during welding.

EUROCONNECTOR
