IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION DEGREE
IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is suitable for operation in closed rooms.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece to maintain a constant arc length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
VRD
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode - a module that reduces the quiescent (idle voltage) voltage of the device's secondary circuit. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.
ARC FORCE
Arc stabilizing function by maintaining the welding arc voltage regardless of its length and facilitating control of the amount of spatter.
HOT START
When the arc is ignited, the welding current is temporarily increased to heat the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the penetration and weld face in the initial phase of welding< /p>
MIG/MAG
Gas arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for producing welded structures.
MIG PULSE
An advanced form of welding that uses the best form of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or risk cold "soak".
Pulse welding positions are not limited as they are derivatives of globular or spray forms and their use is much more efficient. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.
DOUBLE PULSE MIG
By double-pulse MIG/MAG welding, we achieve a high level of face appearance (scale effect). Additionally, the use of automatic wire feeding affects welding efficiency.
The double-pulse MIG/MAG method allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld.
TIG DC LIFT
Tungsten electrode welding in inert gas shield. The use of this method enables welding of all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, as well as copper alloys, e.g. bronze or brass.
GASLESS WELDING
Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-shielding wire. This is a method using self-shielding cored wire for welding (incle all positions) steel of normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.
SYNERGY
Automatic adjustment of welding parameters such as voltage and intensity of the welding arc and the speed of the wire feeder. With one knob, the user simultaneously adjusts all the mentioned parameters.
SPOT
Temporary welding function, used to tack parts together, which can be used to achieve equal length weld seams.
BRAZE WELDING
The device enables brazing, used mainly in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together. Possibility to save 18 user programs.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
PRE GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding in the range of 0 - 20 seconds.
POST GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time after welding in the range of 0 - 20 seconds.
4 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
External professional four-roll feeder ensures stable welding wire feeding. It has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming.
It is designed for heavy loads and longer handles compared to plastic feeders that cannot cope with 4 or 5 meter handles.
S2T/S4T
S2T - two-stroke special - after pressing the button, gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will be ignited. The arc voltage at the start will be increased and will drop to the basic welding current within the set time.
When the button is released, the current will drop to the final current value. The arc will then extinguish and the shielding gas will flow out at the set time.

INSULATION CLASS H
The type of insulating materials used, providing information about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the life and failure-free operation of the transformer. In the case of class H 180°C.
