IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
MMA
A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The welder feeds the electrode as it fuses to the workpiece so as to maintain the arc of a constant length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
MMA DC +
The arc is struck by touching the tip of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is generated in the material and less heat is generated in the electrode.
MMA DC-
The difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is opposite - more heat is released on the electrode and less heat is generated in the welded material.
CHOICE OF ELECTRODE THICKNESS
The device allows you to choose the thickness of the electrode and thus shape (rounding the pointed electrode for better electron transmission) a function dedicated to AC current.
TIG DC HF
In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece; for this purpose, contactless arc ignition is used with the use of high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device.
TIG DC PULS HF
HF non-contact ignition with ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode.
TIG AC HF
A similar function that allows aluminum to be welded with alternating current, ignition takes place without contact with the high-frequency current generated by the ionizer.
TIG AC PULS HF
A function that enables welding of aluminum elements of small thickness. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.
TIG SPOT
The device enables the performance of auxiliary tack welds in the time-limited spot welding mode in the range of 0.5-10 seconds.
2T / 4T
- 2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
- 4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
PRE GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding.
POST GAS
Post-welding shielding gas time regulation.
RISE TIME
The time taken for the welding current to rise from the starting current to the set welding current value.
DOWN SLOPE TIME
Time for the downslope of the welding current from the set value to zero or the value of the crater current.
