Welder Fantasy 3in1 OVER 250 semi-automatic welding machine is a microprocessor welding source based on IGBT technology, adapted for welding carbon, stainless, acid-resistant steel, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium and all aluminum alloys.

As the first on the Polish market, OVER TIGMIG 250 allows welding methods:

  • MIG / MAG,
  • TIG AC / DC (HF - Non-contact ignition)
  • MMA.

The highest class device sets new standards among AC / DC welding machines, and the friendly control panel ensures selection of all necessary operating parameters

Welder Fantasy 3in1 OVER TIGMIG 250 P / 4 welder allows welding methods:

MIG / MAG - Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes in the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves fusing the edges of the workpiece and the consumable electrode material with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the workpiece, in an inert or active gas shield

AUTO - synergic settings - automatic adjustment of welding parameters such as welding voltage and arc intensity, and wire feeder speed. The user chooses the thickness of the welding wire on the panel and the type of metal to be welded, to which the device automatically selects welding parameters.

TIG DC PULS lift-arc - ignition of the arc occurs through contact of the electrode with the welded material, the pulse function allows welding of thin elements through periodic changes in current.

TIG DC PULS HF - non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode

TIG DC lift-arc - In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc ignites in an inert gas (argon) shield, between the welded element and the non-fusible electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc strikes when the electrode makes contact with the workpiece. In DC TIG mode the current is constant.

TIG DC HF - To completely eliminate the possibility of tungsten weld contamination, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the work piece; for this purpose, contactless arc ignition is used using high-frequency discharges generated by the built-in ionizer.

TIG AC PULS lift-arc - welding in this mode is a combination of alternating current and pulse, which allows welding of very thin aluminum parts. The arc strikes by contacting the electrode with the workpiece.

TIG AC PULS HF - a function that allows welding of aluminum elements of small thickness. Non-contact ignition through the use of an ionizer.

TIG AC lift-arc - a function that allows aluminum welding through the use of alternating current, which performs the function of cathodic cleaning when welding aluminum. Thanks to the AC BALANCE parameter setting, i.e. the AC balance, it is possible to adjust the ratio of its phase duration to each other

TIG AC HF - an analogous function enabling alternating current aluminum welding, ignition occurs contactless through high frequency current generated by the ionizer

MMA DC + - The MMA method uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a lagging. An electric arc is created between the end of the electrode and the workpiece. Arc ignition is caused by touching the electrode with the end of the workpiece. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is generated in the material and less in the electrode

MMA DC- - the difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in MMA DC mode is negative, so the heat distribution is inverse - more heat is generated on the electrode and less in the welded material.

Versatility is undoubtedly one of the biggest advantages of OVER TIGMIG devices. The possibility of welding with pulsating current in TIG mode (with full pulse modulation) gives users unlimited possibilities when welding aluminum alloys, carbon steel, stainless and acid-resistant steel.

The device is equipped with a EURO socket. Allows welding with EURO MIG / MAG torches and EURO TIG torch. An additional control plug socket allows you to connect an additional external control to the device (e.g. foot control, Spool Gun control).

DEVICE FEATURES:

  • 2-roll wire feeder,
  • possibility of welding with 5kg wire,
  • LCD display of welding parameters,
  • individual program LCD display,
  • 9 full programs can be saved,
  • MIG / MAG synergic mode,
  • 2-TAKT and 4-TAKT,
  • gas flow before and after welding,
  • rise and fall time of the current,
  • pulsating current,
  • HF or LIFT mode,
  • dual function adjust knob,
  • very wide selection of welding functions:
  • HF - the device is equipped with an ionizer, which allows you to contact the welding arc without contact.
  • PRE and POST GAS - gas flow before and after welding.
  • UP and DOWN SLOPE - welding current rise and fall.
  • PULS - pulsating current function, it is mainly used when welding thin elements (even 0.1mm thick), metals with low melting temperature, e.g. lead, or welding in forced positions. Other advantages of pulsating current welding are the smaller heat-affected zone, greater welding arc stability, greater penetration depth and improved weld face appearance.
  • Adjusting the inductance in the MIG / MAG method - Properly selected welding inductance reduces the amount of spatter. It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, shielding gas used, current and welding position. Reducing the inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, while increasing contributes to the formation of a more liquid pool and reduces the amount of spatter. Correctly selected, it is characterized by a stable arc, even transfer of liquid metal droplets, maintaining a constant weld pool size and a characteristic repetitive sound without splashes and explosions.
  • ARC FORCE - a function that stabilizes the welding process by maintaining the arc voltage value, regardless of its length, and facilitates the control of the amount of spatter.
  • BURN BACK - a function that prevents electrode wire from sinking to the contact tip by temporarily sliding the wire after the welding process. The device allows you to set the burn back time in the range of 0-10s.
  • HOT START - a function that facilitates welding in both MMA and MIG / MAG mode. When the arc strikes, the welding current is temporarily increased to heat up the material and electrode at the point of contact, and to properly shape the penetration and weld face at the initial stage of welding.
  • PRE GAS - adjustment of shielding gas outflow time before welding,
  • POST GAS - adjustment of shielding gas outflow time after welding.
