Description
Welder Fantasy is a brand created by the FACHOWIEC company in 1991. TIG / MMA inverter welding machines, MIG / MAG welding semiautomatic machines, plasma cutters and other equipment designated for the Welder Fantasy brand have been recognized by thousands of workshops and enterprises in Poland and abroad for many years.
The Welder Fantasy brand is:
- The highest quality of devices,
- Guarantee of reliability,
- High work parameters,
- Leader on the Polish market
IGBT technology - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.
The device of the highest class sets new standards among AC / DC welding machines, and the friendly control panel ensures selection of all necessary work parameters. The standard equipment includes a liquid-cooled TIG PARKER SUPERGRIP SGT18 FLEX TIG holder 4 mb
Industrial devices Welder Fantasy JET TIG II AC / DC 250 are microprocessor welding sources based on IGBT technology, equipped with a liquid cooled handle, adapted to welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, acid resistant steel, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium and all aluminum alloys.
FEATURES:
- compact construction,
- IGBT transistors,
- 60% efficiency,
- easy to use control panel,
- LCD display of welding parameters,
- LCD display of an individual program,
- the ability to save full 9 user programs,
- a very wide range of welding functions
The device allows welding by methods:
- TIG DC lift-arc - In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc ignites in the inert gas (argon) between the welded element and the non-oxidant electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc ignites when the electrode contacts the welded element. The current is constant in TIG DC mode.
- TIG DC HF - In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the welded element; this is the purpose of contactless arc ignition using the high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device.
- TIG DC PULS lift-arc - arc ignition occurs by contacting the electrode with the material being welded, the pulse function allows welding of thin elements by periodically changing the current.
- TIG DC PULS HF - HF contactless contact by using the ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode
- TIG AC lift-arc - a function that allows aluminum to be welded by applying alternating current that performs cathodic cleaning function when welding aluminum. Thanks to the possibility of setting the AC BALANCE parameter, or AC balance, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the duration of its phases to one another.
- TIG AC HF - analogue function that allows AC welding of aluminum, ignition takes place contactlessly through the high-frequency current generated by the ionizer
- TIG AC PULS lift-arc - welding in this mode is a combination of alternating current with pulse, which allows welding of very thin aluminum elements. The arc ignites by contacting the electrode with the welded material.
- TIG AC PULS HF - a function that allows welding of low-thickness elements made of aluminum. Contactless ignition thanks to the ioniser.
- TIG AC + DC - the ADVANCED AC function enables AC DC mixed welding. In a single cycle there is a transition between AC and DC with a negative DC (-) polarity. This cycle is repeated throughout the welding process. Mixed current welding is particularly useful when joining elements of different thicknesses. The noise emission is also reduced compared to AC welding.
- MMA DC + - The MMA method uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core coated with a cover. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the material being welded. The arc ignition is caused by touching the end of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is released in the material and less in the electrode.
- MMA DC- - the difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in the MMA DC mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed - more heat is released at the electrode and less at the welded material.
- MMA VRD DC + - available in the MMA DC + VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) Module increases the safety and reduces the risk of electric shock The function switches the welding power off and on when resistance is measured during welding between electrode terminals - welded element.
- MMA VRD DC- - available in MMA DC mode - the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function works in the same way as MMA VRD DC +, the difference is in the negative polarity.
PANEL FUNCTIONS:
- Possibility to use user-programmed factory settings for aluminum and steel welding (9 memory channels)
- You can choose the waveform
- AC / DC EASY SETUP - possibility to use pre-programmed factory settings.
- NORMAL SETUP - welding parameters adjusted to individual needs.
- HOT START - a function that increases the current when the arc is ignited, facilitating the start of welding.
- ARC FORCE - short-circuit current adjustment - makes the shortening of the arc length accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc regardless of length variations.
- HF - the device is equipped with an ioniser, which allows for a contactless inspection of the welding arc.
- PRE and POST GAS - gas flow before and after welding.
- UP and DOWN SLOPE - rising and falling of the welding current.
- PULSE - pulsating current welding mode.
- VRD - Voltage Reduction Device - reduces the idling voltage of the secondary circuit of the device. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.
- PFC - Power Factor Correction - increasing the power factor to a value as close as 100% to reduce power losses in transmission lines
