Industrial, inverter Welder Fantasy JET TIG II devices are microprocessor-based welding sources based on IGBT technology, suitable for welding carbon, stainless, acid-resistant steels, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium.
PFC (Power Factor Correction) - enabling the increase of the power factor to a value as close as possible to 1 in order to reduce losses in industrial lines.
DEVICE FEATURES:
- compact design,
- IGBT transistors,
- efficiency 60%,
- easy-to-use control panel,
- welding parameters LCD display,
- individual program LCD display,
- the ability to save the full 9 user programs,
- very wide range of welding functions
The device enables welding with the following methods:
- TIG DC lift-arc - In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc is ignited when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.
- TIG DC HF - eliminating the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten.
- TIG DC PULS lift-arc - arc ignition takes place through contact of the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows you to weld thin elements by periodically changing the current intensity.
- TIG DC PULS HF - non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in the TIG DC PULS mode
- TIG AC lift-arc - a function that allows aluminum to be welded through the use of alternating current, which performs the cathodic cleaning function when welding aluminum.
- TIG AC HF - a similar function that allows aluminum welding with alternating current, ignition is made contactless by high-frequency current generated by the ionizer
- TIG AC PULS lift-arc - welding in this mode is a combination of alternating current and pulse, which allows you to weld very thin aluminum parts. The arc is struck by contact of the electrode with the welded material.
- TIG AC PULS HF - a function that enables welding of thin-thickness elements made of aluminum. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.
- TIG AC + DC - This cycle is repeated throughout the welding process. Welding with mixed current is especially useful when joining elements of different thickness ..
- MMA DC + - The arc is ignited by touching the tip of the electrode to the workpiece. MMA DC + means positive polarity welding.
- MMA DC- - the difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is opposite -
- MMA VRD DC- - available in MMA DC mode- VRD function, the difference is negative polarity.
PANEL FUNCTIONS:
User-programmed factory settings for aluminum and steel welding (9 memory channels), waveform selection:
- ADVANCED SQUARE - rectangular shape of the alternating current wave allows for welding aluminum with the addition of magnesium
- SOFT SQUARE - a trapezoidal AC waveform is used for welding aluminum with silicon
- TRIANGULAR - setting the triangular current waveform is optimal for welding thin elements, including anodized aluminum
- SINE - sinusoidal waveform is recommended for welding 99.999% pure aluminum
AC / DC EASY SETUP - possibility to use pre-programmed factory settings.
NORMAL SETUP - welding parameters set according to individual needs.
HOT START - a function that increases the current when the welding arc strikes, making it easier to start welding.
ARC FORCE - short-circuit current control - causes that shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
HF - the device is equipped with an ionizer, which allows for contactless inspection of the welding arc.
PRE and POST GAS - gas flow before and after welding.
UP and DOWN SLOPE - rising and falling welding current.
PULSE - pulse welding mode.
VRD - Voltage Reduction Device - reduces the idle voltage. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.
PFC - Power Factor Correction - reducing power losses in transmission lines.
