They are ideal for professional welding works in industries such as automotive, metal structures and many others.

An intuitive, easy- to-use control panel with a color display allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters.

The panel of the device with LCD display is completely user-friendly and provides a clear indication of all settings that need to be clearly visible. The device allows you to choose one of four menu languages:

  • Polish,
  • English,
  • German,
  • Russian

Waveform selection - the device allows you to select from the following AC waveforms:

  • The rectangular shape of the AC wave allows you to weld aluminum with the addition of magnesium
  • The AC trapezoidal waveform is used to weld aluminum with silicon
  • The triangular current waveform is optimal for welding thin parts, including anodized aluminum
  • The sinusoidal waveform is recommended for welding 99.999% pure aluminum

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

MMA

A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The welder feeds the electrode as it fuses to the workpiece so as to maintain the arc of a constant length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.

VRD

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.

ARC FORCE

Arc stabilization function by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitating control of the amount of spatter.

HOT START

At the moment of arc ignition, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to heat the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the penetration and the weld face in the initial stage of welding

MMA DC +

The arc is struck by touching the tip of the electrode to the workpiece. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is generated in the material and less heat is generated in the electrode.

MMA DC-

The difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in the MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is opposite - more heat is released on the electrode and less heat is generated in the welded material.

MMA VRD DC +

Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function turns the welding power off and on when the resistance between the electrode tips - welded element is measured during welding.

MMA VRD DC-

Available in MMA DC- mode, the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function works in the same way as MMA VRD DC +, the difference is negative polarity.

TIG AUTO

Synergic settings. In the AUTO mode, the user selects the basic welding parameters such as the type of material and the thickness of the material to be welded. The other parameters are selected automatically by the device using the database of uploaded programs. Possibility to save up to 18 programs in the device memory.

TIG DC LIFT-ARC

In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc strikes when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

TIG DC HF

In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece; for this purpose, contactless arc ignition is used with the use of high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device.

TIG DC PULS LIFT-ARC

The arc is struck by the contact of the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows you to weld thin elements by periodically changing the current intensity.

TIG DC PULS HF

HF non-contact ignition with ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode.

TIG ACLIFT-ARC

A function that allows aluminum to be welded through the use of alternating current, which performs the cathodic cleaning function when welding aluminum.

TIG AC HF

A similar function that allows aluminum to be welded with alternating current, ignition takes place without contact with the high-frequency current generated by the ionizer.

TIG AC PULS LIFT-ARC

Welding in this mode is a combination of alternating current and pulse, which allows you to weld very thin aluminum parts. The arc is struck by contact of the electrode with the welded material.

TIG AC PULS HF

A function that enables welding of aluminum elements of small thickness. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.

BiLEVEL

TIG welding with the possibility of changing the welding voltage and amperage between two different values, without extinguishing the electric arc. This function is extremely useful when welding work on materials of varying thickness or the need to change the welding position without having to interrupt.

2T / 4T

  • 2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
  • 4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.

4T BiLEVEL

TIG welding with the possibility of changing the welding voltage and amperage between two different values, without extinguishing the electric arc.

C-SPOT

Continuous spot welding. After setting the weld duration and pause time, it is possible to spot welding without interruption. The function ensures that the same point connections are laid throughout the cycle.

PANEL / REMOTE

Control of welding parameters from the panel / remote control by means of a potentiometer in the welding holder or foot pedal.

RISE TIME

Time in which the welding current rises from the starting current to the set welding current value.

DOWN SLOPE TIME.

Time for the downslope of the welding current from the set value to zero or the value of the crater current.

PRE GAS

Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding.

POST GAS

Post-welding shielding gas flow time adjustment.
