IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
MMA
A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The welder feeds the electrode as it fuses to the workpiece so as to keep the arc of a constant length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
VRD
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.
ARC FORCE
Arc stabilization function by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitating control of the amount of spatter.
HOT START
When the arc is struck, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to heat the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the penetration and the weld face in the initial stage of welding.
MMA DC +
The arc is struck by touching the tip of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is generated in the material and less heat is generated in the electrode.
MMA DC-
The difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in the MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is opposite - more heat is released on the electrode and less heat is generated in the welded material.
MMA VRD DC +
Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function turns the welding power off and on when the resistance between the electrode tips - welded element is measured during welding.
MMA VRD DC-
Available in MMA DC- mode, the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function works in the same way as MMA VRD DC +, the difference is negative polarity.
TIG AUTO
Synergic settings. In the AUTO mode, the user selects the basic welding parameters such as the type of material and the thickness of the material to be welded. The other parameters are selected automatically by the device using the database of uploaded programs.
TIG DC LIFT-ARC
In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc strikes when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.
TIG DC PULS HF
HF non-contact ignition with ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode.
TIG DC HF
In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece; for this purpose, contactless arc ignition is used with the use of high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device.
TIG DC PULS LIFT-ARC
The arc is struck by the contact of the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows you to weld thin elements by periodically changing the current intensity.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
PULSE FREQUENCY
The frequency with which the current pulse value changes between the welding current and the base current.
RISE TIME
Time in which the welding current rises from the starting current to the set welding current value.
DOWN SLOPE TIME.
Time for the downslope of the welding current from the set value to zero or the value of the crater current.
PRE GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding.
POST GAS
Post-welding shielding gas flow time adjustment.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
