SPARTUS® EasyMIG 317DP combines modern inverter technology with IGBT transistors, offering users unrivaled power and precision. With a maximum welding current of up to 300A for MIG/MAG/TIG and 250A for MMA and power supply from a three-phase 400V network, this device is ready to cope with many demanding welding tasks.

SPARTUS® EasyMIG 317DP provides users with advanced welding capabilities. A modern LCD display makes it easy to quickly set welding parameters and manage device functions. The display graphically presents the relationship between the weld shape and the voltage, helping to select the optimal settings. IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION DEGREE
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is suitable for indoor operation and is not suitable for use in rain or snow.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
HOT START FUNCTION
HOT START is popularly called hot start. It works when the arc is ignited, causing a momentary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START is intended to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when igniting the arc.
ARC FORCE FUNCTION
ARC FORCE allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. The shortening of the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
VRD FUNCTION
VRD lowers the voltage in the no-load state. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it may make it difficult to strike the arc.
CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs.
4 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.
MIG PULSE
An advanced form of welding that uses the best form of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or cause cold leakage.
By cooling the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to expand the welding range, and the smaller heat input does not cause the problem of burning through thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.
DOUBLE PULSE MIG
The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. This improves the appearance of the weld. When welding with the MIG/MAG method with double pulse, current pulses occur in two ranges.< /span>
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
SYNERGIC PROGRAMS
The device has a memory of the last settings, i.e. after turning it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored.
SLOW FEED
This is the so-called soft start of the wire feeder, recommended especially when welding with high currents at high wire feed speeds.

WELDING WITH SPOOL GUN
The welder allows you to weld with a handle with a built-in wire feeder. The spool with D100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle.
