HELMET SPARTUS® MASTER 230XT

It is designed to protect the eyes and face of the welder against harmful radiation and welding spatter. The Master 201X helmet has an automatic filter of the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 and a large field of view of 100x65mm.

Response time - 1/30 000s is guaranteed thanks to the use of 4 very sensitive sensors, which are an important factor when welding with low currents.

External control makes it easy to set the filter parameters while working without removing the helmet. Thanks to them, we can control the shade status (DIN 4 -8 / DIN 9-13), sensitivity, delay and switch the helmet's operating mode to grinding.

The multi-stage headband adjustment allows not only a perfect fit, but also setting the appropriate distance between the filter and the welder's eyes. The Master 230XT helmet is a guarantee of comfortable and long-lasting work without feeling tired.

SPARTUS® AIRFLOW

It is a guarantee of providing clean and dry air to the welder in particularly difficult conditions with high dust and humidity. A high level of TH3P respiratory protection is ensured by a set of replaceable filters (main HEPA, pre-filter with activated carbon)

The whole thing is protected by a spark arrestor. The air supply allows variable adjustment of the blowing speed of 180l / min and 220l / min. Any problems with the flow are signaled by a vibration and acoustic alarm system. The breathing tube is connected to the helmet's harness. This ensures comfort and convenience in moving around during work.

A large switch allows you to conveniently control the device, even when wearing gloves. The brushless motor guarantees energy-saving and extremely quiet operation. Replaceable lithium-ion battery ensures continuous operation for more than 10 hours.
