IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that disables the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature that allows it to restart automatically.

WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device enables welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acidic.

ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.

HOT START
The function is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.

CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.

TIG LIFT WELDING
For welding with this method, it is necessary to use an additional TIG torch. A gas-cooled torch with a amperage rating appropriate for the machine and a shielding gas control valve is required.

The TIG LIFT holder is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.

MIG/MAG
Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process consists in fusing the edges of the workpiece and the material of the consumable electrode with the heat of the electric arc.

MIG/MAG welding in manual setting mode makes ProMIG 335DP a perfect device that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding user. An additional advantage is also the possibility of welding with the Spool Gun holder.

MIG PULSE
An advanced form of welding that uses the best forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short-circuits, pulsed welding does not produce spatter or cold run-in.

Pulse welding positions are not limited as they are derived from globular or spray molds and their use is definitely more efficient. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide variety of applications and metal types.

DOUBLE PULSE FLASH
Welding with the MIG / MAG method with a double pulse, we obtain a high level of face appearance (scale effect). In addition, the use of automatic wire feeding affects the welding efficiency.

The double pulse MIG/MAG method allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld.

SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects the welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs

ProMIG 335DP in a synergic MIG/MAG welding system allows you to choose the type and diameter of the welding wire. Thanks to this, it gives the possibility of welding: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, self-shielding wire welding and brazing.

SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED
Smooth adjustment of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer that allows you to set the speed for different diameters of wires.

PRE GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding.

POST GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time after welding.

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow.

4 ROLL WIRE FEEDER
Professional four-roller feeder ensures stable feeding of the welding wire. It has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming.

It is designed for work with a heavy load and for handles with a longer length compared to plastic feeders that cannot cope with 4 or 5 meter handles.

WELDING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
Aluminum welding is not a simple activity, it requires the welder to experience, know and maintain certain practices that will facilitate the performance of welds on aluminum elements.

Depending on the needs, appropriate voltage and inductance corrections should be made to obtain the desired effect.

BRAZING
The device enables brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to connect galvanized sheets together.

WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN
The SPOOL GUN welding gun with a built-in wire feeder is used for MIG/MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and for welding thin sheets.

The spool with the D100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the holder. The handle has a standard EURO type connector and a control plug. The Spoolgun holder is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.

BURN BACK
Precise adjustment of the burnback time of the end of the welding wire eliminates the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.

SLOW FEED
This function is called soft start of the wire feeder, recommended especially when welding with high currents at high wire feed speeds.

WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feed motor without starting the shielding gas flow. The power source also starts but does not supply welding current.

INSULATION CLASS H
Type of insulating materials used, informing about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the lifetime and time of failure-free operation of the transformer. For class H 180°C.
