LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that disables the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature that allows it to restart automatically.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device enables welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acidic.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
HOT START
The function is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.
CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects the welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.
JOB MODE
The device has a memory of the last settings, i.e. after turning it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. It is possible to save 100 programs.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for aluminum welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN
It is mainly used in car workshops and for welding thin sheets. The spool with the D100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the holder. The handle has a standard EURO type connector and a control plug.
MIG/MAG
Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures.
MIG PULSE
An advanced form of welding that uses the best forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short-circuits, pulsed welding does not produce spatter or cold run-in.
Pulse welding positions are not limited as they are derived from globular or spray molds and their use is definitely more efficient. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide variety of applications and metal types.
DOUBLE PULSE FLASH
Welding with the MIG / MAG method with a double pulse, we obtain a high level of face appearance (scale effect). In addition, the use of automatic wire feeding affects the welding efficiency.
The double pulse MIG/MAG method allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed.
SPOT
Timed welding function, used for tacking workpieces to achieve even length weld seams.
4 ROLL WIRE FEEDER
Professional feeder, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.
Allows you to work with a long welding torch (regardless of the type of welding wire). The use of a separate feeder has a positive effect on the range of the device.
It is designed to work under heavy loads and handles with longer lengths compared to plastic feeders that cannot cope with 4 or 5 meter handles.
Operated without the need for tools. The wire feed system allows quick spool changes. Durable and drop-resistant housing works well in the most demanding applications. The operation of the device is facilitated by large knobs and buttons.
SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED
Smooth adjustment of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer that allows you to set the speed for different diameters of wires.
WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feed motor without starting the shielding gas flow. The power source also starts but does not supply welding current.
BRAZING
MIG/MAG brazing Brazing as a bonding process in which the native material is not melted, only the solder and the MIG/MAG welding technology, which uses the preparation of the edges of the material as for welding.
So braze welding could be called brazing by welding method. The shielding gas used is usually pure argon.
EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:
The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display shows the actual welding current. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of material to be welded
BURN BACK
Precise adjustment of the burnback time of the end of the welding wire eliminates the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.
INSULATION CLASS H
Type of insulating materials used, informing about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the lifetime and time of failure-free operation of the transformer. For class H 180°C.
POST GAS
Time from pressing the button in the handle of the torch and opening the gas valve until the arc is ignited. Normally it should be longer than 0.5s to supply the shielding gas to the torch nozzle outlet to shield the welding start point
GAS POST FLOW TIME
Time from extinguishing the arc to closing the gas valve to shield the solidifying weld pool from air and to cool the weld.
EASY TRANSPORT
Chassis for a gas cylinder and road wheels are a huge advantage of this device, they allow for easy transport of the welding machine with all accessories.
