LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
MMA
A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material to be welded. It allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
HOT START
The purpose of this function is to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing the welding current to temporarily increase above the value set by the welder.
POLAR CHANGE - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Due to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
Welding with the MIG / MAG method using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard connection for welding torches, which enables the connection of various types of torches (e.g. prepared for aluminum welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN
It is used mainly in car workshops and for welding thin sheets. The spool of welding wire D100 is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connector and a control plug. The Spoolgun Mount is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
4 ROLL WIRE FEED
Professional feeder, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.
Allows you to work with a long welding torch (regardless of the type of welding wire). The use of a separate feeder has a positive effect on the range of the device.
It is designed to work under heavy loads and for handles of longer length compared to plastic feeders, which cannot cope with 4 or 5 meter handles.
Can be operated without the need for tools. The wire feed system allows the spool to be changed quickly. Durable and drop-resistant housing is suitable for the most demanding applications. The operation of the device is facilitated by large knobs and buttons.
SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED
Smooth regulation of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer, which allows you to set the speed for different wire diameters.
WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feed motor without starting the flow of shielding gas. The power source also starts, but does not supply welding current.
Braze welding
MIG / MAG brazing Brazing as a bonding process in which the parent material does not melt, but only the solder, and the MIG / MAG welding technology, which uses the preparation of the material edges as for welding.
Braze welding could therefore be called welding brazing. The protective gas used is usually pure argon.
EASY TO USE, READABLE CONTROL PANEL
The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display shows the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of material to be welded
BURN BACK
Precise regulation of the burn-back time of the end of the welding wire eliminates the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.
INSULATION CLASS F
The type of insulation materials used, informing about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the life and failure-free operation time of the transformer. For class F 155 ° C.
POST GAS
The time from pressing the button in the handle of the handle and opening the gas valve until the arc is struck. Typically, it should be longer than 0.5 s to supply shielding gas to the exit of the torch nozzle to cover the starting point of welding
GAS FLOW TIME
The time from the extinction of the arc to the closing of the gas valve to shield the solidifying weld pool from air and to cool the weld.
EASY TRANSPORT
The chassis for a gas cylinder and road wheels are a huge advantage of this device, it allows you to easily transport the welder with all the accessories.
COOLING
Integrated cooler for cooling MIG / MAG welding guns. The device is dedicated to work with the SPARTUS® ProMIG 505 welder.
STRONG AND ROBUST CONSTRUCTION
The housing of the device is made of light and durable composites, resistant to all kinds of mechanical damage.
