SPARTUS PRO 901X

The helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face of the welder against harmful radiation and welding spatter. Perfect for welding with the following methods:

• MIG / MAG,
• TIG,
• MMA,
• Grinding.

Thanks to the large visor, the helmet has an exceptionally large field of view. In addition, it is possible to tilt the blackout filter completely, which significantly increases the viewing angle and is especially useful when performing precise operations or working in unfavorable lighting conditions.

The blackout filter has the highest optical class, ensuring full safety of the welder. It is equipped with four photosensors, which is especially important when welding with low currents.

The multi-stage adjustment of the headband allows not only a perfect fit, but also setting the appropriate distance between the filter and the welder's eyes.

The 901X helmet is additionally equipped with a special mechanism for raising and lowering the welding filter. When it is lifted, the center of gravity of the visor is lower and coincides with the center of gravity of the head.

This reduces the welder's neck fatigue, significantly increasing his work comfort. The field of view is also increased - 165x72mm, and the welder's eyes are secured with a protective glass.

FUNCTIONS:

• POWER SUPPLY  - the mask is powered by a solar panel, and has a battery that can be replaced.
• DELAY - after completing the welding process, the visor window changes automatically from dark to light, but only after the delay time set by the user. The delay time compensates for the afterglow effect on the workpiece.
• SENSIVITY - under normal welding conditions, sensitivity should always be set to the maximum value. In exceptional cases, e.g. when welding in a very exposed area, the mask sensitivity can be reduced.
• SHADING - smooth shade adjustment is controlled from the panel on the left side of the helmet.

AIRFLOW SPARTUS® Pro

It is a guarantee of providing clean and dry air to the welder in particularly difficult conditions with high dust and humidity. A high level of TH3P respiratory protection is provided by a set of replaceable filters (main HEPA, pre-filter with activated carbon)

The whole thing is protected by a spark arrestor. The airflow allows variable adjustment of the blowing speed of 180l / min and 220l / min. Any problems with the flow are signaled by a vibration and acoustic alarm system. The breathing tube is connected to the helmet's harness. This ensures comfort and convenience in moving around during work.

A large switch allows you to conveniently control the device even with gloves. The brushless motor guarantees energy-saving and extremely quiet operation. Replaceable lithium-ion battery ensures continuous operation for more than 10 hours.
