SPARTUS® EasyMIG 315
It is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, constructed on the basis of IGBT transistors. Enables welding:
- MIG/MAG shielded with inert and active gases,
- MMA with a covered electrode,
- TIG Lift with arc ignition by rubbing.
- FLUX easy change of polarity allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.
The maximum welding current for the MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 300A and for the MMA method: 250A. The device is powered from a 400V three-phase network.
The device is equipped with synergic programs for MIG / MAG welding with steel wires in the diameter range of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2mm. In addition, the welder has the ability to manually correct the set parameters.
The modern LCD display allows you to easily and quickly set the welding current voltage and manage the functions of the device.
High-class four-roll wire feeder, provides stable feeding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum welding wire. Stable output parameters guarantee proper weld quality.
Examples of applications: industry, repair work in the field, workshop work, automotive.

LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that disables the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature that allows it to restart automatically.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device enables welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acidic.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
VRD
The VRD function lowers the no-load voltage. The correct voltage value is only restored just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it may make it difficult to strike the arc.
HOT START
The function is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects the welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergic welding, including the brazing program.
4 ROLL WIRE FEEDER
Professional feeder made of aluminum pressure castings, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.
It is designed for work with a heavy load and for
handles with longer lengths compared to plastic feeders that cannot handle 4 or 5 meter handles.
SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED
Smooth adjustment of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer that allows you to set the speed for different diameters of wires.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for aluminum welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow.
CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:
The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display shows the actual welding current. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of material to be welded.
WELDING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
Aluminum welding is not a simple activity, it requires the welder's experience, knowledge and adherence to certain practices that will facilitate the execution of welds on aluminum elements.
Depending on the needs, appropriate voltage and inductance corrections should be made to obtain the desired effect.
WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feed motor without starting the shielding gas flow. The power source also starts but does not supply welding current.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
BURN BACK
Precise adjustment of the burnback time of the end of the welding wire eliminates the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.
SLOW FEED
This function is called soft start of the wire feeder, recommended especially when welding with high currents at high wire feed speeds.
SYNERGIC PROGRAMS
The device has a memory of the last settings, i.e. after turning it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored.
INSULATION CLASS H
Type of insulating materials used, informing about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the lifetime and time of failure-free operation of the transformer. For class H 180°C.
