SPARTUS® EasyMIG 207DP is a semi-automatic welding machine based on IGBT transistor technology. Enables: synergistic MIG/MAG welding with double pulsation, synergic MIG/MAG welding with pulsation, MIG/MAG welding in synergic mode, TIG Lift welding and MMA welding. The maximum welding current for all methods is 200A. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network.
EasyMIG 207DP is equipped with a two-roll feeder enabling work with wire in the range of 0.6 – 1.2 mm. Thanks to the synergistic programs, the device is extremely easy to use. Just declare the type of material to be welded, wire diameter and gas, and the welding machine will automatically adjust the parameters. Additionally, the user can make manual corrections to the settings.
The main advantage of the device is the pulsed current welding function (single or double pulse). The use of double pulsation in the MIG/MAG method allows you to obtain a weld of quality and aesthetics comparable to the TIG method. Adjusting the frequency and amplitude of the pulse allows you to adapt the welding process to various needs.
The welding machine is equipped with a modern LCD display, which allows easy and quick setting of welding parameters and management of device functions.
Thanks to its low weight and dimensions, the EasyMIG 207DP is a handy welding device. Ease of use and advanced welding functions make EasyMIG 207DP an ideal tool for both industrial plants and workshops.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and speed ofswitching of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION DEGREE
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is designed to work indoors and is not suitable for use in rain or snow.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
IGBTmodule is protected byd overheating through a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
HOT START FUNCTION
HOT START is popularly called hot start. It works when the arc is ignited, causing a momentary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START is intended to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when igniting the arc.
CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs.
2 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
A professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, with a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.
MIG PULSE
An advanced form of welding that uses the best forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or cause cold leakage.
By cooling the spray arc process, pulsedMIG is able to expand the welding range, and the smaller heat input does not cause problems with burning through thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.
DOUBLE PULSE MIG
MIG/MAG method with double pulseallows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the speed wire feed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. During MIG/MAG welding with double pulse, current pulses occur in two ranges.
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
PRE GAS
Adjusting the shielding gas flow time before welding.
POST GAS
Adjusting the shielding gas flow time after welding.
SPOT
TIG spot weldinginvolving the joining of thin elements thanks to very low heat emission in the joining zone. It involves cyclic, short-term ignition and extinction of the arc.
TIG LIFT WELDING
The device enables welding using theTIG method (argon shield), after connecting an additional TIG welding torch with a gas valve in the handle for aninverter welding machine. The arc is ignited as a result of rubbing the electrode with the welded material.
WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feed motor without starting the shielding gas flow. The power source also starts, but does not supply welding current.
INSULATION CLASS F
The type of insulating materials used, providing information about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the life and failure-free operation of the transformer. In the case of class F 155°C
COOLING
The device has a cooling system with a fan, which significantly increases its efficiency.
