⚡ SPARTUS® BEAR Protective Face Shield

The SPARTUS® BEAR face shield has been designed to provide effective eye and face protection during metalworking tasks. Thanks to its modular design and replaceable protective lenses, the shield can be adapted to various technological processes – from grinding and plasma cutting to welding.

The construction of the face shield combines durability, functionality and ergonomics, ensuring safety and user comfort even during long working sessions.

✅ Application and Functionality

In its standard configuration, the face shield is intended for grinding. Thanks to the possibility of expansion with additional components, it can also be used for cutting and welding.

The functionality can be extended by:

• replacing the fixed lens with the appropriate DIN shade,
• installing a flip-up protective lens,
• using the dedicated connector 080-10-040-K.

This solution allows the level of protection to be adapted to a specific task without the need to use several different face shields.

The protective lenses are made of high-quality polycarbonate, which provides effective protection against:

• material splashes and particles,
• high temperature,
• mechanical hazards occurring during work.

The replaceable lens system makes it possible to select the appropriate shade level and protection range depending on the operation being performed.

The SPARTUS® BEAR model has been designed for work with complete personal protective equipment. It can be safely used together with:

• protective half masks,
• hearing protection earmuffs.
