The MIG 261M welder is the second generation equipment made in IGBT technology. It is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals in protective gas shield.

The device allows for welding with the following methods:

  • MIG / MAG)
  • MMA (covered electrode)
  • FLUX

It can also be used for gasless welding with flux cored wire. The device also has the option of welding with wires with a spool diameter of 100mm using the Spoolgun holder.

The welder is powered by a three-phase 3x400V network. The detection of the supply voltage is automatic.

It works with K-200 (5 kg) and K-300 (15) kg wire spools, protected against overload by thermal protection. The welder is equipped with welding current and voltage displays, 2T / 4T switch and inductance adjustment useful when welding thin sheets

The devices are used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL

The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display shows the actual current during welding.

POLAR CHANGE - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.

4 ROLL WIRE FEED

Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.

It is designed for heavy duty work and longer handles than plastic feeders that cannot handle 4 or 5 meter handles.

2T / 4T

2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.

4T - Pressing and releasing the torch button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.

REGULATION OF INDUCTION

It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. This function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing of galvanized elements.

WIRE FEED FAST / SLOW

Smooth regulation of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional fast-slow switch that differentiates the speed for different wire diameters.

EASY TRANSPORT

The chassis for a gas cylinder and road wheels are a huge advantage of this device, it allows you to easily transport the welder with all the accessories.

COOLING

The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.

EUROCONNECTOR

Standard connection for welding torches, which allows the connection of various types of torches.

SOFT START

System of slow charging of capacitors. It allows the use of minimum 16A type B fuses.

WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN

The SPOOL GUN M-15 welding gun with a built-in wire feeder is used for MIG / MAG welding.

It is used mainly in car workshops and for welding thin sheets. The spool with D100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connector and a control plug.

The Spoolgun Mount is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
