The synergistic MIG 200HD welder is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals.
Enables welding with the following methods:
- MMA (coated electrode),
- TIG Lift ,
- MIG / MAG in synergic and manual mode.
Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows welding with the MIG / MAG method using both standard wires in a protective gas shield and self-shielded flux- cored wires.
The device allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG) with a mini wire feeder and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire.
Adjusting the inductance allows braze welding of thin galvanized elements.
The built-in synergic system allows less experienced users to select welding parameters
The welder has built-in automatic HOT START and ANTI STICK functions , it also allows you to remember 20 sets of settings for the MIG method.
The device is made in IGBT technology, which allows for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption.
The welder is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

SYNERGY
Welding with the MIG / MAG method using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the torch button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
Braze welding
The device enables brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.
REGULATION OF INDUCTION
It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing galvanized elements.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.
Do not disconnect the power supply during this time, because the continuously operating fan cools the internal heat sinks of the device in order to reduce the temperature faster.
After restarting, remember to limit the welding parameters for further continuous operation of the device.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle of 45% means that after 4.5 minutes of operation, a 5.5 minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
HOT START FUNCTION
The function is popularly known as hot start. It works when the arc is struck, causing the welding current to temporarily increase above the value set by the welder. HOT START is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when starting the arc. When welding small parts, it is recommended to disable this function, as it may cause burnout of the welded material.
ANTI STICK FUNCTION
This function lowers the welding current to the minimum value when the electrode sticks to the workpiece. This makes it easier to detach the electrode from the welded material and protects the welder against damage.
MEMORY OF SETTINGS
The device has a memory of the last settings, i.e. after switching off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. For the settings to be saved, none of the parameters should be changed for at least one minute. It is also possible to save 20 sets of parameters for the MIG method.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard connection for welding torches, which enables the connection of various types of torches (e.g. prepared for Aluminum welding or Braze welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
WELDING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
Welding aluminum is not an easy task, it requires experience, knowledge and certain practices from the welder that will facilitate the execution of welds on aluminum elements.
Depending on the needs, appropriate voltage and inductance corrections should be made to obtain the desired effect.
GUIDE
On the inside of the spool chamber cover there is a shortened guide for the welder to facilitate the day-to-day operation of the device with a detailed description of access to the adjustable operating parameters.
WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN
The SPOOL GUN M-15 welding gun with a built-in wire feeder is used for MIG / MAG welding.
The spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle.
The handle has a standard EURO type connector and a control plug.
The Spoolgun Mount is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
The wire feed mechanism ensures perfect parameters during welding of steel and aluminum alloys and CuSi3 brazing.
TIG LIFT WELDING
For welding with this method it is necessary to use an additional TIG torch.
A gas cooled torch with 200A amperage and a shielding gas control valve is required.
REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Due to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.
