The MIG 140 FLUX welder is designed exclusively for gas-free welding with self-shielding flux-cored steel wire, so there is no need for a gas cylinder. span>

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

The basis of the welder's electricity conversion system are electronic systems made in IGBT technology, enabling operation in the frequency range above 200kHz.

PROTECTION LEVEL

IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination. IP23S means that the device is adapted to work indoors and is not suitable for use in rain and snow.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle 60% means that after 6 minutes          a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruptions.

2 ROLL WIRE FEEDER

Small and simple feeder, which allows for stable wire feeding. It has adjustable clamping force.

CONTINUOUS WIRE FEED ADJUSTMENT

Smooth adjustment of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer that allows you to set the speed for different wire diameters.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The power source is equipped with a thermal, automatic switch overload. When the temperature of the welder is too high, the protection will disconnect the welding current and the diode will light up indicating overheating. After the temperature drops, the circuit breaker will automatically reset.

Do not disconnect the power during this time, as the continuously operating fan cools the device's internal heat sinks to lower the temperature faster.

After restart, remember to limit welding parameters for continued operation of the device.

WELDING WITHOUT GAS
