The synergic MIG 200 SMART welder is used for manual welding of steel. This is a very easy-to-use device enabling welding using MMA (coated electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG methods in synergic mode.

By changing the polarity, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard gas-shielded wires and self-shielded flux-cored wires. 

The welding machine allows you to connect a Spool Gun type holder with a mini wire feeder and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire.

The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergic mode. Synergy programs are available for steel, Al alloys. and for welding with self-shielded wire.

The device is made using IGBT technologywhich allows for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption.

The welding machine can be used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of controlof field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and speed ofswitching of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION DEGREE

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the entry of contaminantssolid and aquatic sources. IP23S means that the device is suitable for indoor operation

closed.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.

MMA

A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.

CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.

These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs. Manyprograms have been prepared for synergic welding.

2 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER

A professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, with a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.

EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL

The easy-to-use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. Digital LCD indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to select the type of material to be welded.

EUROCONNECTOR

Standard connection for welding torches, which allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).

WELDING WITH SPOOL GUN

The SPOOL GUN welding gun with a built-in wire feeder is used for MIG/MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and for welding thin sheets.

The spool with theD100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connector and a control plug. The Spoolgun holder is an additional optionthat can be purchased at our other auctions.

TIG LIFT WELDING

The device enables welding using theTIG method (argon shield), after connecting an additional TIG welding torch with a gas valve in the handle for aninverter welding machine. The arc is ignited as a result of rubbing the electrode with the welded material.
