The semi-automatic welding machine DUALMIG 210 S4 is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals.
Enables welding with the following methods:
- MIG / MAG
- FLUX
- MMA
- TIG LIFT
- Braze welding
It can also be used for braze welding of thin (up to 3mm) galvanized sheets. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows MIG / MAG welding with the use of both standard wires in a protective gas shield and self-shielding flux-cored wires.
The welder is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions. DUALMIG 210 S4 works with D100 (1kg) and D200 (5kg) wire spools.
The DUALMIG 210 S4 semi-automatic machine is easy to use and modern at the same time. It enables welding of galvanized elements, it has two displays showing parameters, also when we are not welding.

REGULATION OF INDUCTION
It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions.
This function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing galvanized elements.
The sheet metal does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged, useful in braze welding.
Braze welding
The device enables braze welding, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.
MIG / MAG braze welding is a method that resembles MIG / MAG welding to a large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much lower.
As a result, braze welding is used to join thin sheets with a layer of zinc.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.
Do not disconnect the power supply during this time, because the continuously operating fan cools the internal heat sinks of the device in order to reduce the temperature faster.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard connection of welding torches, which enables the connection of various types of torches (e.g. prepared for Aluminum welding or Braze welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption
2 ROLL WIRE FEED
Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.
It is designed for heavy-duty work and for longer handles than plastic feeders, which cannot handle 4 or 5 meter handles.
REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Due to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.
TIG LIFT WELDING
For welding with this method it is necessary to use an additional TIG torch. A gas cooled torch with 200A current carrying capacity and a shielding gas control valve is required.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
