INVERTER SYNERGIC WELDING MACHINE DIGIMIG 360 PULSE
Brand: SHERMAN | Welding methods: MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG LIFT | Power supply: 400V | Welding current: 360A | Efficiency: 60%
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
- DIGIMIG 360 PULSE synergic welder
- MIG torch TW-36/4m
- Ground cable 2m
- User manual
The DIGIMIG 360 Pulse synergic welder is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. Allows welding using the following methods:
MMA (covered electrode),
- TIG Lift,
- MIG/MAG
- PULSE MIG
The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergic modes, simplifying its operation and allowing the welder to be used by people with less experience and hobbyists.
By changing the polarity, the device allows you to weld using the MIG / MAG method using both standard wires in a protective gas shield and self-shielding flux-cored wires.
The welder allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG) type holder with a mini wire feeder and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire. When welding with the MMA method, it is possible to adjust the following functions:
- ARC FORCE
- HOT START
- ANTI-STICK
- VRD
The welding machine is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that disables the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature that allows it to restart automatically. Do not disconnect the power supply at this time, because it works continuously.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects the welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow.
SPOT MIG
Spot welding. Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas and ignite the arc. After the Sppt time has elapsed, the arc is extinguished and the gas is post-flowed. Releasing the torch button early will extinguish the arc and gas post-flow immediately.
PULSE MIG
It is an advanced form of welding that uses the best form of transfer of molten filler wire material to the welded material. Significantly reduces spatter and allows welding in all positions. Less heat input eliminates burn-through of thin materials. This method uses synergic settings.
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Inductance adjustment allows you to optimize the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through, and during braze welding of galvanized elements.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for Aluminum welding or Brazing by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
BRAZING
The device enables brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to connect galvanized sheets together.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
4-ROLL FEEDER
A fully professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum.
It is equipped with 4 drive rollers driven by gears. It is designed for heavy duty work.
WELDING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
Aluminum welding is not a simple activity, it requires the welder's experience, knowledge and adherence to certain practices that will facilitate the execution of welds on aluminum elements. Depending on the needs, appropriate voltage and inductance corrections should be made to obtain the desired effect.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
HOT START FUNCTION
The function is popularly known as hot start. It works when the arc is struck, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. In the case of welding small elements, it is recommended to disable this function, as it may cause burnout of the welded material
VRD FUNCTION
Enable / disable the VRD function. This function lowers the no-load voltage. The correct voltage value is only restored just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it may make it difficult to strike the arc.
ARC FORCE FUNCTION
It allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc. Decreasing the value gives a soft arc and a shallower depth of penetration.
ANTI-STICK FUNCTION
This function reduces the welding current to the minimum value when the electrode sticks to the welded material. This makes it easier to detach the electrode from the welded material and protects the welder from damage.
WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN
The SPOOL GUN M-15 welding torch with a built-in wire feeder is used for MIG/MAG welding. It is designed for the SHERMAN DIGIMIG 360 PULSE welder. It is used mainly in car workshops and for welding thin sheets.
The spool with the D100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the holder. The handle has a standard EURO type connector and a control plug.
The Spoolgun holder is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
DUALPULSE MIG
It is the most advanced welding method in which current pulses occur in two ranges. It combines the benefits of single-pulse welding, and additionally allows for very high aesthetics of the weld face - the so-called flake effect.
TIG LIFT WELDING
The Sherman DIGIMIG 365 PULSE welder has the option of TIG welding - arc ignition by rubbing.
For welding with this method, it is necessary to use an additional TIG torch with a 35-50 connection.
A 200A gas-cooled torch with a shielding gas control valve is required.
