The synergistic DIGIMIG 250 COMBO LCD welding machine is used for welding steel and non-ferrous metals and for brazing thin galvanized sheets. It enables welding with the MMA, TIG Lift and MIG methods. The MIG method can be used in manual mode and with the use of synergic programs.

By changing the polarity the device allows MIG welding using both standard wires in a protective gas shield and self-shielding flux-cored wires.

Digital control, very large color LCD display, intuitive menu and synergy settings for carbon steel and aluminum alloys used in the welder greatly simplify its operation .

When welding with the MMA method you can adjust the HOT START, ARC FORCE functions and disable VRD.

Welding gun hanger helps to keep order and increases work safety.

Thanks to the use of the Fan Stop function  turning off the fan at low load on the welder, the noise level has been significantly reduced.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

<spanstyle="font-size: 10pt;">Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of the IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION LEVEL

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination. IP21S means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

MMA

A method that uses a covered electrode consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece so as to maintain a constant arc length. The device enables welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acidic.

VRD

Available in the MMA mode, the VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device - a module that reduces the idling voltage of the secondary device). Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.

ARC FORCE

Arc stabilization function by maintaining the voltage of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitating control< /strong> on the amount of spatter.

HOT START

When the arc is ignited, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to heat the material and electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the penetration and weld face at the initial welding

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature allowing it to be automatically switched on again.

GAS-FREE WELDING

Thanks to the polarity reversal function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, FCAW. It is a method using a self-shielding cored wire for welding (in all positions) steels with normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT

Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle 60% means that after 6 minutes of device operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruptions.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.

TIG DC LIFT

Welding with tungsten electrode in indifferent gas cover. The use of this method enables welding of all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant steel, as well as copper alloys, e.g. bronzes or brasses.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding gun button will preflow gas, then arc ignition and welding begins. After releasing the button, the arc and postflow of the gas will be extinguished.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch trigger will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc and postflowgas will be extinguished.

EURO CONNECTOR

Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for  Aluminum welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).

SPOOL GUN

SPOOL GUN can be used with a built-in wire feeder (bracket not included). The method enables welding both in a gas shield and with a self-shielding wire without gas.
