The DIGIMIG 250 COMBO LCD synergic welding machine is used for welding steel and non-ferrous metals as well as brazing of thin galvanized sheets. It enables welding using MMA, TIG Lift and MIG methods. The MIG method can be used in manual mode and with the use of synergistic programs.

By changing the polarity, the device allows MIG welding using both standard gas-shielded wires and self-shielded flux-cored wires.

Digital control, a very large color LCD display, intuitive menu and synergistic settings for carbon steel and aluminum alloys used in the welding machine significantly simplify its operation.

When welding with the MMA method, you can adjust the HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD.

Welding torch hanger helps you stay organized and increases work safety.

Thanks to the Fan Stop function, which turns off the fan at low welding loads, the noise level has been significantly reduced.

IGBT technology and the high quality of components and devices make them ideal for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal structures and many others.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION DEGREE

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is suitable for operation in closed rooms.

MMA

A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece to maintain a constant arc length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.

VRD

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode (Voltage Reduction Device - a module that reduces the quiescent (idle) voltage of the secondary circuit of the device). Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.

ARC FORCE

A function that stabilizes the arc by maintaining the voltage of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the amount of spatter.

HOT START

When the arc is ignited, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to heat the material and the electrode at the point of contact and properly shape the penetration and weld face in the initial phase of welding< /p>

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.

MIG/MAG

Gas shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for the production of welded structures.

GASLESS WELDING

Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-shielding wire. This is a method using self-shielded cored wire for welding (in all positions) steel with normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT

Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. A 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs.

TIG DC LIFT

Tungsten electrode welding in an inert gas shield. The use of this method enables welding of all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, as well as copper alloys, e.g. bronze or brass.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause a pre-flow of gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When you release the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause a pre-flow of gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

EUROCONNECTOR

Standard connection for welding torches, which allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum  by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).

SPOOL GUN

Possibility to use a SPOOL GUN type holder with a built-in wire feeder (the holder is not included in the set). The method allows welding both in gas shielding and with self-shielded wire without gas.

4 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER

Professional feeder, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamminginania. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.

STRONG AND SOLID CONSTRUCTION

The device casing is made of light and durable composites, resistant to all types of mechanical damage.

EASY TRANSPORT

Equipping the welding machine with a transport chassis ensures convenience when changing workplaces.

TIG DC LIFT

Tungsten electrode welding in an inert gas shield using a torch with a gas valve in the handle. The arc is ignited by rubbing, similarly to the MMA method.

COOLING

The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
