The synergistic welding machine DIGIMIG 2OOX SYNERGIC is the most modern welding device on the Polish market, intended for welding materials such as: carbon steels, alloy steels ( stainless, acid-resistant ), as well as aluminum alloys .
The welder enables welding with the following methods:
- MMA (coated electrode),
- MIG / MAG
- TIG Lift
The device is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. The MIG / MAG method can be used in manual and synergic mode , simplifying its operation and allowing the welding machine to be used by people with less experience and hobbyists.
Thanks to the IGBT transistors used, the device has an efficiency of 45% and is characterized by low weight and failure-free operation, as well as for a significant reduction in weight and dimensions of the welder and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption.
The welder is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather influences.

IP PROTECTION RATING defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on again automatically.
WORK CYCLE
The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle of 45% means that after 4.5 minutes of operation, a 5.5 minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
SPOT WELDING
Time welding function, used for tacking workpieces, thanks to which you can obtain equal length of welds.
MMA
A coated electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or reducing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material to be welded. It allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
VRD
The VRD function lowers the voltage in no-load condition. The correct voltage is not restored until just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases may make the arc difficult to ignite.
HOT START
This function is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when starting the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing the welding current to temporarily increase above the value set by the welder.
ANTI STICK
This is a short circuit protection function. It lowers the welding current to the minimum value when the electrode sticks to the workpiece. This makes it easier to detach the electrode from the workpiece and protects the electrode holder against damage.
SYNERGY
MIG / MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.
SETTINGS MEMORY
The device has a memory of the last settings, i.e. after switching off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. For the settings to be saved, none of the parameters should be changed for at least one minute.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
REGULATION OF INDUCTION
It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing of galvanized elements.
Braze welding
The device enables brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.
EUROCONNECTOR
Standard connection for welding torches , which enables the connection of various types of torches (e.g. prepared for Aluminum welding or Braze welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
BURN TIME
You can adjust the amount of time that the output voltage is still present after the wire feed has stopped. This function prevents the welding wire from getting stuck in the workpiece and prepares the end of the wire for the next arc ignition. Higher values of the function burn the wire closer to the contact tip.
WELDING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
Welding aluminum is not a simple activity, it requires experience, knowledge and certain practices from the welder, which will facilitate the execution of welds on aluminum elements.
Depending on the needs, appropriate voltage and inductance corrections should be made to obtain the desired effect.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.
WELDING GUN MB-15
The TW-15 welding gun is a gas cooled gun with a Euro type connection. It is designed for manual MIG / MAG welding.
It can be used in most MIG / MAG devices equipped with a Euro connection
- Handle type: TW-15
- Maximum current carrying capacity: 200 A (CO2)
- Type of cooling: gas
- Cooling gas flow: 10-18 l / min
- Length: 3 m
The TW-15 handle is a standard equipment of the device.
WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN TYPE
A SPOOL GUN M-15 welding holder with a built-in wire feeder is used for MIG / MAG welding.
It is designed for the Sherman 200X Synergic welder.
It is used mainly in car workshops and for welding thin sheets.
The spool of welding wire D100 is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connector and a control plug.
The Spoolgun Mount is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
