✅ Product description

SHERMAN DIGIMIG 200 HIT is a synergic inverter welder designed for welding carbon steels, stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. The device allows MIG/MAG welding (manual and synergic), MMA (stick electrode) and TIG Lift DC.

Thanks to polarity change, the welder allows welding both with shielding gas and with self-shielded wire (FLUX) without gas. The unit is also compatible with a Spool Gun torch (D100 spool – optional).

✅ IGBT technology

IGBT technology ensures high efficiency, a stable welding arc and reduced weight and dimensions. The use of modern transistors increases reliability and energy efficiency.

✅ Synergic MIG/MAG mode

The welder offers synergic programs for steel, aluminium alloys and flux-cored wires. The device automatically selects welding parameters according to material type and thickness, with the possibility of manual correction.

✅ MMA support functions

• HOT START – facilitates arc ignition by temporarily increasing current.
• ARC FORCE – stabilizes the arc when its length changes.
• VRD – reduces no-load voltage to increase safety.

✅ Parameter control and adjustment

• Inductance adjustment – optimization of arc characteristics (especially for thin materials and brazing).
