CUTTER 90
It belongs to a new series of devices made in the IGBT 200kHz technology used for air plasma cutting of steel, aluminum and copper sheets and elements.
The equipment is recommended mainly for professionals in plants with high use of cutting processes.
It is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather influences.
The device has a 6 m handle with HF ionization ignition with a pilot arc and a built-in air preparation unit with a reducer and pressure gauge that allows you to adjust and control the air pressure from the control panel.
The cutter is equipped with a 2T / 4T switch and a TEST function for checking and cleaning the air installation.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The power source is equipped with a thermal automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the cutter is too high, the protection will cut off the cutting current and the diode indicating overheating will light up. After the temperature has dropped, the switch will reset automatically.
MAXIMUM CUTTING THICKNESS 30mm
The value of the maximum cutting thickness has been established under optimal cutting conditions for ordinary quality carbon steel. In order to select the appropriate device, it is recommended to perform technological tests in real operating conditions and on a sample material sample.
ARC IGNITION HF
Built-in system of non-contact initiation of a pilot arc without high frequency. Provides excellent cutting quality with extended service life of consumables.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption
OPERATING MODE 2T
To start cutting, press the micro switch that will start the plasma arc. Releasing the micro switch will stop the cutting process.
OPERATING MODE 4T
Press and release the micro switch to start cutting. The cutting process will be stopped by pressing and releasing the micro switch again.
