CUTTER-50 CUTTER
It is used for air plasma cutting of steel, aluminum and copper sheets and elements. The device requires air supply from an external air compressor.
It belongs to a new series of devices made in the MOSFET 100kHz technology used for air plasma cutting of steel, aluminum and copper sheets and elements.
The equipment is recommended mainly for professionals in plants with high use of cutting processes. It is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.
The device has a 6m CEBORA handle with HF ignition and a built-in air preparation unit with a reducer and manometer that allows you to adjust and control the air pressure from the control panel.

MOSFET TECHNOLOGY
The inverter device made in the MOSFET technology to a certain extent has a positive temperature coefficient, which means that a more heavily loaded (heated) transistor somehow limits the current itself. The use of MOSFET technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
Proven temperature-stable transistors reduce electromagnetic interference, which affects the transmission ratio and minimizes power losses and increases the efficiency of the device.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination. IP21S means that the device is suitable for indoor operation and not suitable for use in rain or snow.
MAXIMUM CUTTING THICKNESS 45A
The value of the maximum cutting thickness was established under optimal cutting conditions for ordinary carbon steel. In order to select the appropriate device, it is recommended to perform technological tests in real operating conditions and on a sample material sample.
WORK CYCLE
Duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

ARC IGNITION HF
Ionization ignition with a pilot arc.
2T / 4T
- 2T - Pressing the handle button will pre-flow gas, then ignite the arc and start the cutting process. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
- 4T - Pressing and releasing the plasma gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start cutting. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
INTUITIVE DISPLAY
The panel of the device with LCD display is fully user-friendly and provides a clear indication of all settings that need to be clearly visible.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The power source is equipped with a thermal automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the cutter is too high, the protection disconnects the cutting current and the diode indicating overheating lights up. After the temperature has dropped, the switch will reset automatically.
