SHERMAN 4 ROLL FEEDER 4RN DC42V
The 4RN wire feeder is a fully professional wire feeder made of die-cast aluminum equipped with 4 drive rolls driven by gear wheels. It is designed for heavy duty work.
As a standard, the feeders have the motor on the right side looking at the feeder from the side of the guide rollers.

EXPLOITATION:
- The groove size of the guide roller must be the same as the diameter of the filler wire
- Use the tightening screw to set the correct pressure of the wire
- Too little pressure can cause the wire to slip in the guide roller, and thus unstable wire feed speed and faster wear of the guide roller.
- Too much pressure causes significant resistance, which can cause deformation of the wire and shorten the life of the motor.
- Worn or damaged parts of the feeder should be replaced with new ones immediately
- The feeder should be kept clean and maintained regularly.
- Working temperature - 25 - 40 ºC
