IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

The IP defines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination entering the device. IP21S means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

MMA

A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.

ARC FORCE

Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material to be welded. It allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.

HOT START

The purpose of this function is to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing the welding current to temporarily increase above the value set by the welder.

REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Due to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.

TIG LIFT WELDING

For welding with this method it is necessary to use an additional TIG torch. A gas cooled torch with a current carrying capacity suitable for the device, with a shielding gas control valve, is required.

The TIG LIFT torch is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.

MIG / MAG

Gas-shielded arc welding is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process consists in fusing the edges of the workpiece and the consumable electrode material with the heat of an electric arc.

MIG / MAG welding in the manual setting mode makes the ProMIG 535DP an excellent device that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding user. An additional advantage is the possibility of welding with the Spool Gun holder.

MIG PULSE

An advanced form of welding that uses the best of forms of transferring the molten electrode material to the workpiece. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or risk a cold "run-in".

Pulse welding positions are not limited as they are derivatives of globular or spray molds and their use is much more efficient. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide variety of metal applications and types.

DOUBLE FLASH PULSE

Welding with the MIG / MAG method with a double pulse, we obtain a high level of face appearance (scale effect). In addition, the use of automatic wire feeding affects the welding performance.

The MIG / MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the pulsation of the current (pulse balance) and to adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld.

SYNERGY

Welding with the MIG / MAG method using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs

ProMIG 535DP in a synergistic system for MIG / MAG welding allows you to select the type and diameter of the welding wire. As a result, it enables welding of: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, welding with self-shielding wire and braze welding.

SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED

Smooth regulation of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer, which allows you to set the speed for different wire diameters.

PRE GAS

Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding.

POST GAS

Post-welding shielding gas flow time adjustment.

REGULATION OF INDUCTION

It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing of galvanized elements.

2T / 4T

2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.

4 ROLL WIRE FEED

The external professional four-roller feeder ensures stable feeding of the welding wire. It has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming.

It is designed for heavy-duty work and for longer handles than plastic feeders that cannot handle 4 or 5 meter handles.

SPOT

Spot welding. Pressing the gun button will cause gas to pre-flow and ignite the arc. After the Sppt time has elapsed, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will post flow. Early release of the torch button will immediately extinguish the arc and gas post-flow.

Braze welding

The device enables braze welding, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.

WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN

The SPOOL GUN welding gun with an integrated wire feeder is used for MIG / MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and for welding thin sheets.

The spool of welding wire D100 is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connector and a control plug. The Spoolgun Mount is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.
