A modern, inverter welding semi-automatic machine based on IGBT transistors. Enables: synergic MIG / MAG welding with double pulsation, synergic MIG / MAG welding with pulsation, MIG / MAG welding in synergic mode, MIG / MAG welding in manual setting mode, TIG Lift welding, MMA coated electrode welding.

In addition, the device, thanks to the possibility of changing the welding polarity, allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas.

The modern LCD display allows you to easily and quickly set the welding voltage and manage the functions of the device. During parameter correction, the display determines the dependence of the weld shape in relation to the voltage and graphically shows the recommended material thickness for the selected current.

EasyMIG 217DP enables wire work with diameters of 0.8 - 1.2 mm. The device equipped with synergic programs also allows you to manually correct the set parameters.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

The IP defines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination entering the device. IP21S means that the device is suitable for operation in confined spaces and is not suitable for use in rain and snow.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

MMA

A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.

HOT START FUNCTION

HOT START is popularly known as hot start. It works when the arc is struck, causing the welding current to temporarily increase above the value set by the welder. HOT START is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc.

ARC FORCE FUNCTION

ARC FORCE allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.

VRD FUNCTION

VRD lowers the voltage in no-load condition. The correct voltage is not restored until just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases may make the arc difficult to ignite.

REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Due to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.

SYNERGY

Welding with the MIG / MAG method using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.

2 ROLL WIRE FEED

Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.

MIG PULSE

An advanced form of welding that uses the best of forms of transferring the molten electrode material to the workpiece. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or risk a cold "run-in".

Thanks to the cooling of the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to extend the range of welding, and the lower heat input does not cause a problem with burning through thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide variety of metal applications and types.

DOUBLE FLASH PULSE

The MIG / MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the pulsation of the current (pulse balance) and to adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. During MIG / MAG welding with double pulse, current pulses occur in two ranges.

REGULATION OF INDUCTION

It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing of galvanized elements.

2T / 4T

2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.

SYNERGY PROGRAMS

The device has a memory of the last settings, i.e. after switching off and on again, the last set parameters are restored.

SLOW FEED

This is a function of the so-called soft start of the wire feeder, especially recommended for welding with high currents and high wire feed speeds.

POST GAS

Post-welding shielding gas flow time adjustment.

WELDING WITH A SPOOL GUN

The welder gives the possibility of welding with a handle with a built-in wire feeder. The spool of welding wire D100 is placed in the handle of the handle.

The use of the Spoolgun holder allows welding with two different wires without having to change the welding machine. The Spoolgun Mount is an additional option that can be purchased at our other auctions.

EUROCONNECTOR
