✅ MIG/MAG welding – full process control

SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse offers synergic MIG/MAG welding, in which the device automatically selects operating parameters according to the selected material, wire diameter and shielding gas. Additionally, a manual mode is available, allowing full, manual adjustment of welding parameters according to the user's individual preferences.

The use of Pulse / Dual Pulse mode allows precise control of the heat input, ensuring a stable arc, aesthetically pleasing weld face and reduced spatter – especially when welding aluminum.

At low wire feed speed, the device automatically switches to Cool Pulse mode, reducing the amount of heat input. This makes it possible to weld thin elements stably with minimal risk of overheating and distortion.

The device is equipped with a 2T/4T function, enabling the selection of one of two trigger operation modes. Inductance adjustment allows precise shaping of the arc characteristics, affecting the amount of spatter and the smoothness of metal transfer.

The Post Gas function ensures shielding gas flow after welding is completed, protecting the weld and wire tip from oxidation and improving the quality and appearance of the weld finish.

Additionally, the device allows cooperation with a Spool Gun, which significantly increases work comfort in applications requiring maximum control over wire feeding.
