⚡ GreeNox T Electrolyte (SURFOX T) for Weld Cleaning

GreeNox T is a high-performance electrolyte designed for electrochemical cleaning of stainless steel welds. It effectively removes light scale, deposits, heat discoloration and other contaminants generated during TIG, MIG and spot welding – without damaging the material surface.

Unlike traditional pickling pastes and aggressive acids, the product does not contain hydrofluoric acid or nitric acid. This makes it a safer alternative for the operator and the working environment, while maintaining high cleaning efficiency.

The specially developed formula not only cleans the surface thoroughly, but also supports the formation of a passive chromium oxide layer, which helps protect stainless steel against corrosion in the long term.

✅ How to Use

• Product intended for use in weld cleaning machines,
• Pour the electrolyte solution into the device and apply it to the surface to be cleaned,
• After the cleaning process, neutralization with GreeNox N is recommended,
• Finally, wipe the surface with a damp cloth or rinse with water.
