VOGELMANN - HEL GAS CYLINDER
The protective cap protects the valve against damage during transport or storage.
Pure helium or mixed with argon is used as a shielding gas for MIG welding.
Compared to argon, helium provides better sidewall penetration and faster welding speed because it produces an arc with more energy.
Helium has many unique characteristics:
high ionization potential
high thermal conductivity
inert nature provide benefits such as higher transfer speeds and better weld quality, which can translate into higher productivity and lower labor costs.
The cylinder and valve are made in accordance with the EN 1964: 1999 standard and have the ADR/RID compliance mark.

ROTAMETER PRESSURE REGULATOR.
The VOGELMANN universal gas regulator with a rotameter allows you to reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required working pressure.
It allows you to automatically obtain the pressure as constant as possible, regardless of changes in the inlet pressure.
APPLICATION.
Single-stage reducer most often used in welding when welding with TIG welders that require precise gas flow settings.
MANOMETER AND ROTAMETER.
It is equipped with a pressure gauge that indicates the pressure in the cylinder and a rotameter that shows the gas flow per minute.
TYPE OF GAS.
It is designed for technical gases such as argon (Ar), carbon dioxide (CO2) and MIX of these gases (Ar/CO2).
UNIVERSAL.
The gas regulator can be connected to any standard cylinder with a W21.8 x 1/14 thread.
