The Savage A50 LUX utilizes proven helmet technology to provide true OpTCS color reproduction with excellent clarity in accordance with optical class 1/1/1/1 EN.

The ADF has a simple, intuitive control panel that provides control over the most important functions related to all types of welding: a wide selection of shade levels, 5-step delay adjustment and sensitivity.

Integrated vent can be easily adjusted to improve airflow across the front of the visor. Furthermore, reliable PAPR operation is achieved thanks to TH3 protection with ESAB's EPR-X1.1 or EPR-X1.

An additional asset that increases the versatility of the Savage A50 LUX helmet is the dual 50 lumen LED work light built behind the molded front protective lens.

The work light is powered by a separate AA battery, which has a long life thanks to the integrated arc sensor, which allows the lamp to be switched off when an arc or intense light is detected.

The Halo headgear used in the Savage A50 LUX helmet is the same solution from 5-point adjustment, which is offered in the Sentinel A60.
