ESAB OK 48.00 is a reliable low moisture-absorbing (LMA) basic-coated electrode designed for welding low-carbon and low-alloy steels. It offers high-quality weld metal with excellent ductility and crack resistance. Especially suitable for out-of-position welding, particularly vertical-up. The electrode tolerates variable chemical composition in base materials, making it ideal for structural applications with high welding stresses.
