Description

⚡ ARMACK leak detector 400 ml

ARMACK AMASAN leak detector 400 ml is a professional aerosol preparation designed for quickly locating gas and air leaks in installations, pipes, valves, connections and other components requiring a leak-tightness check.

After application, the preparation forms a lasting foam. Characteristic bubbles appear where a leak is present, making it possible to locate the leak quickly and easily without dismantling the installation.

✅ Key benefits of the ARMACK leak detector

  • Fast leak detection – the bubbles that appear indicate the leak location precisely.
  • Effective even at low pressure.
  • Long-lasting, clearly visible foam makes it easier to observe the connection being tested.
  • For gas installations and compressed-air systems.
  • For refrigeration and air-conditioning systems – useful during installation and servicing.
  • Neutral to metals – does not cause corrosion.
  • Safe for plastics and rubber.
  • Non-flammable preparation.
  • 400 ml aerosol – quick and convenient application without additional tools.
  • The application tube allows application in hard-to-reach places.
  • The product has a PZH certificate.

✅ How does the leak tester work?

The ARMACK leak detector enables leak-tightness checks in a simple and clear way. Apply the preparation to the connection, valve or pipe being tested. After application, a layer of foam forms on the surface.

If gas or air is escaping from the installation, visible bubbles begin to form at the leak. This makes it possible to quickly identify the exact location requiring repair or resealing.

✅ Application

ARMACK AMASAN leak detector can be used, among other things, to check:

  • gas installations,
  • compressed-air systems,
  • refrigeration installations,
  • HVAC air-conditioning systems,
  • threaded connections,
  • soldered connections,
  • welded connections,
  • valves,
  • union fittings and connectors,
  • hoses and pipes,
  • technical and industrial installations.

✅ For gas installations

The preparation is highly suitable for checking the leak-tightness of connections in gas installations. It can be used to check valves, union fittings, connectors, pipes and other places where there is a risk of leakage.

The manufacturer states that the preparation does not form hazardous compounds with, among others, propane, butane, acetylene, oxygen, natural gas, CO2 and nitrogen.

✅ For air conditioning, refrigeration and compressed air

The ARMACK leak tester is also suitable for servicing refrigeration, air-conditioning and pneumatic installations. It enables connections to be checked quickly and locations where gas or compressed air is escaping to be identified.

It is particularly useful when installing new systems, during periodic inspections and for servicing work.

✅ Effective even for small leaks

The preparation is also effective at low pressure, helping to locate small leaks that are difficult to detect without a foam-forming agent.

Clearly visible bubble formation provides a quick visual assessment of the leak-tightness of the component being tested.

✅ Neutral to tested surfaces

The ARMACK leak detector is neutral to metals and does not cause corrosion. It can also be used on components made of plastics and rubber, allowing many different types of pipes, seals and connectors to be checked.

✅ Application tube for hard-to-reach places

The supplied tube enables the preparation to be directed precisely onto the component being tested. This is particularly practical for valves, closely spaced connectors, pipes and connections located in hard-to-reach places.

✅ Directions for use

Apply the preparation directly to the area where the leak-tightness check is to be carried out. Observe the surface for the appearance of bubbles.

Bubble formation or intensive foaming at a specific point indicates the leak location. Once the leak has been located, the installation should be repaired appropriately and checked again.

✅ Important information on use

The leak-tightness tester is used for locating the leak. Detecting a leak should be followed by proper repair and another check of the installation.

During use, apply the preparation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and follow the information on the label and in the product safety data sheet.
