ARMACK L-CuZn40Si LM60K is a brass brazing filler metal in the form of a bare rod, intended for joining steel, malleable cast iron and copper alloys. The material complies with the designation ISO 17672 Cu 470a (L-CuZn40Si).
The silicon content reduces zinc evaporation during brazing. The melting temperature range is 890–900°C, and the brazing working temperature is 900°C.
