Description
The automatic visor is made of polymer, powered by batteries and solar cells. It switches on and off automatically. When the arc is ignited, the transparent filter in the cassette darkens.
When the arc is turned off, it brightens again. The visor provides protection against UV/IR radiation (ultraviolet/infrared) even when the filter is transparent. It is possible to adjust the darkness in a range depending on the model.
