GPPH SMART WELDING TABLE 3000 x 1480mm 28mm
✅ ABOUT THE PRODUCT
➡️ The economical line of GPPH SMART welding tables was created for users who need solid and functional solutions, but do not require advanced functions offered by professional welding tables. GPPH SMART represents the perfect combination of performance and affordability, tailored to the needs of both hobbyists and smaller workshops.
- The welding table must be flat! SMART table tops, 12/15 mm thick, have perfectly matched ribs, which results in a flat work surface. The massive and rigid base of the table top guarantees the highest stability during use and protection against deformation. The flatness tolerance of the table over the entire tabletop is ±0.35 mm* and the tolerance of the welding table holes is ±0.5 mm.
- The engraved division of the table top consists of vertical and horizontal lines. It is a reference point when arranging the structure and when assembling tools. Using measuring tools, you can properly position your structure to obtain the required dimension. The legs in SMART Welding Tables, made of a 60x60 mm profile, have a load capacity of 450 kg/leg.
- The welding table mounting system plays a key role in ensuring stability and precision during the welding process. There are many different types of mounting systems used in welding tables, and the choice of a specific one depends on the specific nature of the work and the operator's preferences.
- Unlike our traditional, professional tables, which are designed to meet the requirements of the most advanced applications, GPPH SMART focuses on basic functionality and simplicity of use. Professional GPPH tables offer greater durability and advanced configuration options that are needed in intense industrial conditions.
- Additionally, traditional, professional GPPH welding tables have denser table top ribs and different leg mounting. They also differ in the leg profile and holes in the side plates of the table - traditional tables have 3 rows of holes, while the GPPH SMART line has 2 rows.
➡️ Depending on your preferences, you can choose other hole systems:
- System in a 100x100mm grid - you can use it for lighter and more precise work and smaller structures. It is most often chosen as the base for robotic welding stations;
✅ TECHNICAL DATA:
- Tabletop thickness: 12/15mm
- Load capacity: 450kg / leg
- Series: SMART
- Hole tolerance: ±0.05 mm
➡️ You have a choice: leg with foot or on a wheel - check which will be better for you!
- Leg with Foot: This system has a solid leg that is anchored to the work platform. At the end of the leg there is a foot that provides stability through the area of contact with the ground. This system is extremely stable and is suitable for applications where stiffness and durability are required.
- System on wheels: In this system, the welding table is placed on special wheels that allow the table to be easily moved around the workshop or production hall. This type of mounting system is convenient for users who need mobility and flexibility in organizing their workspace.
➡️ Thickness of the welding table - 12/15 mm
- Welding tables must be durable and resistant to high forces and temperatures generated during the welding process. It is a sufficiently thick surface to ensure stable mounting of welded elements and to withstand heat and possible deformations. However, in some applications where greater strength or stability is required, tables up to 15 mm thick or more are used, depending on the specific needs and requirements of the welding process.
➡️ Fastening system - 16mm / 28mm
- Diameter 16 means that the welding tables have holes with a diameter of 16 mm, which can be used to fasten smaller elements or tools using screws, clamps or other fastening accessories.
- Diameter 28 means that the welding tables have holes with a larger diameter of 28 mm. These larger holes can be used to attach larger components, tools or fixtures.
