WELDER FANTASY MAGIC2 500A 4X4 LCD

The Welder Fantasy MAGIC MIG II LCD 500 4x4 Tower device is a modern, synergic inverter source offering many possibilities when performing welding work. Its main advantages are very high power and the possibility of welding in synergic MIG/MAG mode.

The reliability and wide range of applications of the devices make them satisfy even the most demanding users. The multifunctional, inverter semi-automatic welding machine Welder Fantasy MAGIC MIG II LCD 500 4x4 Tower is equipped with a cooler and a separate 4-roll wire feeder. The use of 2 control panels with LCD displays on the power source and on the wire feeder makes it easier for the user to change settings without having to go to the source each time. The use of a liquid-cooled handle significantly increases the comfort of work and extends the life of consumables and the handle itself. The device is intended for manual arc welding of metals and metal alloys using the following methods:

  • MIG/MAG
  • MIG/MAG pulse and double pulse,
  • MIG/MAG Spot,
  • FCAW,
  • TIG DC lift,
  • MMA.

The intuitive, easy-to-use control panel allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters. Thanks to the synergic settings, it is possible to automatically select welding parameters to the diameter of the welding wire and the thickness and type of material. 7 programs - the device allows you to save 7 individual user programs in memory.

The device has smooth regulation of voltage and welding current and is equipped with an overload thermal protection system that protects against excessive heating of integrated circuits.

Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, the Welder Fantasy MAGIC MIG II 500 4x4 Tower devices are ideal for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal structures and many others.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION DEGREE

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is suitable for operation in closed rooms.

MMA

A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece to maintain a constant arc length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.

VRD

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function available in MMA mode (Voltage Reduction Device - a module that reduces the quiescent (idle) voltage of the secondary circuit of the device). Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.

ARC FORCE

A function that stabilizes the arc by maintaining the voltage of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the amount of spatter.

HOT START

When the arc is ignited, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to heat the material and the electrode at the point of contact and properly shape the penetration and weld face in the initial phase of welding< /p>

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.

MIG/MAG

Gas shielded arc welding is one of the most widely used processes for the production of welded structures.

GASLESS WELDING

Thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, with FCAW self-shielding wire. This is a method using self-shielded cored wire for welding (in all positions) steel with normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT

Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. A 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.

MIG PULSE

An advanced form of welding that uses the best form of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or cause cold leakage.

By cooling the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to expand the welding range, and the smaller heat input does not cause the problem of burning through thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.

DOUBLE PULSE MIG

The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adaptadjusting the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. During double-pulse MIG/MAG welding, current pulses occur in two ranges.

SPOT

Temporary welding function, used to tack parts together, which can be used to achieve equal length weld seams

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs.

TIG DC LIFT

Tungsten electrode welding in an inert gas shield. The use of this method enables welding of all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, as well as copper alloys, e.g. bronze or brass.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will cause a pre-flow of gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When you release the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will cause a pre-flow of gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

EUROCONNECTOR

Standard connection for welding torches, which allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum  by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).
