- Instructions
The CAR PROPULL X2000 bodywork system is a professional microprocessor-controlled bodywork device. It is used for pulling, single-sided welding, patching and heating of sheet metal with a carbon electrode. It is intended in particular for car body repairs.
All welder settings are available from the control panel. The welder operates in two modes: AUTO and MANUAL.
After selecting the AUTO operating mode, the device will automatically adjust the welding current and optimal work cycles. In MANUAL mode, it is possible to manually set the time and power depending on the thickness of the sheets being welded.
The welder has a wide range of applications, especially in workshops performing bodywork repairs for the automotive industry. It is an extremely efficient, failure-free and easy-to-use tool. It will definitely be perfect in the hands of experienced specialists.
The welder will handle all the tasks we encounter in body shops.

WELDING TRIANGULAR PADS
On the control panel, select the icon for the appropriate operating mode and then set the operating parameters (MANUAL). Place the gun in the selected location and press the trigger to heat the tip. Use the punch to repair the surface. After repair, turn the punch with the hook about 90° to break off the pad.
WELDING ROUND AND OT PADS
On the control panel, select the appropriate operating mode icon and then set the operating parameters (MANUAL). Place the gun in the selected location and press the trigger to heat the tip. Use the punch with the hook or another tool (e.g. Quick-puller) to repair the surface. After repair, turn the striker with the hook about 90° to break off the pad.
ONE-SIDED WELDING OF SHEET METAL
On the control panel, select the operating mode and then set the operating parameters (MANUAL). After attaching the end of the ground cable to the material being welded, place the electrode for the corrugated wire in the gun. On the panel, select the operating mode and then set the wire welding parameters.
Place the gun in the hole of the corrugated wire and press the electrode to the wire at a 90° angle. Press the gun trigger to weld the wire to the surface. Then, using the comb handle or striker with a hook, repair the surface. After repair, remove the wire from the surface.
WELDING, HEATING AND CUTTING WITH A CARBON ELECTRODE
On the panel, select the operating mode and set the operating parameters (MANUAL). Place the end of the carbon electrode and press the gun trigger. Move the electrode in a circular motion (from the outside to the inside in the case of upsetting) to heat the surface (heating/tempering).
When finished, cool the surface with a wet material or compressed air. The heated surface returns to its original position by pulling (upsetting)
PULLING OUT DENTS WITH A VACUUM SUCTION CUP
We can pull out sheet metal using a punch with a mechanical suction cup. To do this, screw the suction cup onto the punch. Then we apply the suction cup to the sheet metal and mechanically pull out the sheet metal. After finishing work, unscrew the suction cup from the punch.
VERSATILE APPLICATION
The welder can handle single-sided welding, pulling out and cutting various car body elements
EFFICIENCY
Modern technology and the display ensure quick and precise parameter setting.
COMFORT OPERATION
The intuitive display that allows you to select the operating mode, as well as the time and welding current adjustment switches allow you to select parameters to suit your needs.
SAFETY
The device is protected by an overheating protection system that turns off the device circuit when a problem is detected. After a few minutes, the device cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.
TRANSPORT AND MOBILITY
The transport trolley allows you to freely move the spotter to any place.
