IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
MMA
A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The welder feeds the electrode as it fuses to the workpiece so as to maintain the arc of a constant length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.
MMA DC +
The arc is struck by touching the tip of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC + means welding with positive polarity - more heat is generated in the material and less heat is generated in the electrode.
MMA DC-
The difference between MMA DC + is that the polarity in MMA DC - mode is negative, so the heat distribution is opposite - more heat is released on the electrode and less heat is generated in the welded material.
ARC FORCE
Arc stabilization function by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitating control of the amount of spatter.
WAVE SHAPE CHOICE
The device allows you to choose from the following AC waveforms:
- The rectangular shape of the AC wave allows you to weld aluminum with the addition of magnesium
- The AC trapezoidal waveform is used to weld aluminum with silicon
- The triangular current waveform is optimal for welding thin parts, including anodized aluminum
- The sinusoidal waveform is recommended for welding 99.999% pure aluminum
TIG DC LIFT-ARC
In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is struck in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG lift-arc mode, the arc strikes when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.
TIG DC HF
In order to completely eliminate the possibility of contamination of the weld with tungsten, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece; for this purpose, contactless arc ignition is used with the use of high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device.
TIG DC PULS LIFT-ARC
The arc is ignited by the contact of the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function allows you to weld thin elements by periodically changing the current intensity.
TIG DC PULS HF
HF non-contact ignition with ionizer in TIG DC PULS mode.
TIG AC LIFT-ARC
Thanks to the possibility of setting the AC BALANCE parameter, i.e. the balance of the alternating current, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the duration of its phases to each other.
TIG AC HF
an analogous function that allows aluminum to be welded with alternating current, ignition takes place without contact through the high-frequency current generated by the ionizer.
TIG AC PULS LIFT-ARC
Welding in this mode is a combination of alternating current and pulse, which allows you to weld very thin aluminum parts. The arc is struck by contact of the electrode with the welded material.
TIG AC PULS HF
A function that enables welding of aluminum elements of small thickness. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.
PROGRAMS
User programmable factory settings for aluminum and steel welding (9 memory channels)
2T / 4T
- 2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
- 4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
PRE GAS
Adjustment of the shielding gas flow time before welding.
POST GAS
Post-welding shielding gas time regulation.
RISE TIME
The time taken for the welding current to rise from the starting current to the set welding current value.
DOWN SLOPE TIME.
Time for the downslope of the welding current from the set value to zero or the value of the crater current.
